Winemaker Notes

Made famous by Burt Williams and Ed Selyem back in the 1990’s, this is a heritage site for Anderson Valley. Farmed by the iconic Norman Kobler, the Pommard Texture gets comes from two mature parcels that ripen slowly and retain acidity in a remarkable way.
