Our 2021 Blanc de Noirs continues Erich Bradley's Méthode Traditionnelle tradition, transforming Anderson Valley Pinot Noir into an ethereal wine with electric acidity and captivating tension. A zero-dosage approach preserves its pure, crystalline character, while a mix of oak and stainless steel aging adds subtle complexity. Already showing remarkable clarity in its youth, this vintage promises to reward a decade or more of cellaring.

Winemaker Notes

Anderson Valley has been on the radar for sparkling enthusiasts since Roederer planted vineyards and started making wine there back in the early 1980’s. This is Texture’s best effort to raise the bar, using Pinot Noir from the Deep End of the Valley.
