Following disgorgement, the decision to forgo dosage ensures the wine retains its invigorating brut profile. Anderson Valley has been on the radar for sparkling enthusiasts since Roederer planted vineyards and started making wine there back in the early 1980’s. This is Texture’s best effort to raise the bar, using Pinot Noir from the Deep End of the Valley.
