Texture 2019 Blanc de Noirs

Texture 2019 Blanc de Noirs
Anderson Valley's "deep end" has quietly become a premier source for sparkling wine outside France, proven when Louis Roederer planted 580 acres there in 1982. Erich Bradley sought that same terroir for our inaugural Blanc de Noirs: fruit-driven, minerally, and bone-dry with no dosage after disgorgement. Few wineries attempt it, but the reward rivals sublime Champagne.

Winemaker Notes

Anderson Valley has been on the radar for sparkling enthusiasts since Roederer planted vineyards and started making wine there back in the early 1980’s. This is Texture’s best effort to raise the bar, using Pinot Noir from the Deep End of the Valley.
