Cab Franc is the variety that most clearly defines Moon Mountain Vineyard to me. Eight distinct blocks planted at various elevations between 1,000 and 1,800 feet above sea level push a feral, savory-forward profile in a sleek silhouette that is unlike Cabernet Franc grown anywhere else.
